Returns & Refunds

At Lahra, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we offer  returns to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

 


📦 How to Return an Item

If you’d like to return an item, follow these simple steps:

1️⃣ Submit a Return Request via support@label-lahra.com.
2️⃣ Pack your item securely in the original packaging (if possible)
3️⃣ Send it back to us using a tracked shipping method

💡 Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

As a customer, you are responsible for the cost of returning your order. As stated on our website, orders are shipped from Asia to the customer, and returns must be sent back to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.

Return shipping costs typically range between AUD 45 and AUD 85 per shipment, depending on the size and weight of the package.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

 


🔄 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

✔️ Returned within 30 days of placing the order
✔️ Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags attached)
✔️ No makeup, deodorant stains, or perfume scent
✔️ Shoes must be returned in their original box

 


💰 Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Store credit is available if you prefer an exchange instead of a refund.

💡 Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return is approved, only the item cost will be refunded.
