Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Our standard shipping takes 3-7 business days with FedEx ICP. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is on its way.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over A$150. For orders below A$150, standard shipping costs A$5.99.
Do you offer express shipping?
At the moment, we only offer standard shipping (3-7 business days), but we’re working on adding faster options soon!
Can I track my order?
Yes! Use our Order Tracking Page to check the status of your shipment.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Check our Return Policy for full details.
How do I return an item?
- Send us an email at support@label-lahra.com
- Pack the item securely and send it back using a tracked shipping service.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Do you offer exchanges?
At the moment, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, we recommend returning your order and placing a new one.
Payments & Discounts
What payment methods do you accept
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discoverm PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Do you offer Buy Now, Pay Later options?
Yes! We offer Afterpay, so you can split your payment into installments. Simply select Afterpay at checkout.
Can I use multiple discount codes?
No, only one discount code can be applied per order.
